We've heard these before.

Do I need off-road experience?
No. These rigs are built to be capable, but they're also made to be approachable. If you can confidently drive a truck and follow good judgment on the road, we'll help match you to the right vehicle and route. At handoff, we walk you through the rig, the systems, and the terrain it's best suited for so you leave prepared, not guessing.
What happens if something breaks in the middle of nowhere?
First, we help you avoid "middle of nowhere without a plan." Every rig includes satellite emergency support, safety equipment, and on-demand guidance. We also work with service partners along major corridors when hands-on help is needed.
Can I take it to Canada or Mexico?
Canada, yes. British Columbia, Alberta, and the Yukon are all in play. Mexico is also possible, but requires pre-trip coordination and additional coverage. We'll help review the route, timing, and vehicle fit before you go.
How does delivery and pickup work?
You can pick up from our Phoenix base or arrange delivery and pickup within 400 miles of Flagstaff. Delivery is quoted based on location, timing, mileage, and vehicle availability.
What's the security deposit?
A $5,000 security deposit is held on your card at pickup. Normal use is expected. Damage, missing gear, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are handled according to the rental agreement, which we review before you go.
Can I extend my trip while I'm out there?
Yes, and we love when people want more time out there. If the vehicle is available, we'll extend your reservation, update the details, and help you keep the journey going.
